Indian Cooking Course- October 20th and 27th

1st class-Introduction to spices and their use in cooking

We will mix our own spices. 

We will then cook Rajma a spicy kidney bean curry and Basmati rice.

2nd class-Continuation of spices

We will make Chicken Korma. This is chicken breasts in a mild coconut and cream based sauce.
