Develop balance, strength, flexibility and perseverance whilst learning some acrobatic yoga moves. Lots of laughing guaranteed.
Our Acroyoga course will focus on the fun acrobatic poses in yoga such as arm balances like crow pose, backbends (wheel pose) and handstands and headstands just to name a few, along with partner poses and group poses. Each week we will learn different stretching and strengthening exercises to warm up the body through fun games, working towards our acrobatic pose in the second part of the session. Great for increasing strength, flexibility and focusing the mind all whilst having fun.
