Let’s make brunch! Brunch will be the first thing we make in the first part of this cooking series. Maple pecan scones, egg cups, fruit salad and mimosa’s are a few of the items we will make. The following week will be salads chicken salad, quinoa salad and broccoli salad will feature in this weeks food exploration. Week 3 will feature stir fry- broccoli chicken and one I have tweaked to make my own. Week 4 will be breads banana bread and yeast breads or rolls will see us to the end of this first series. Come learn new recipes, hone your cooking skills or even to socialize it will be a fun time.
